Report
Following our initial exploratory meeting (the fee for which will be absorbed by our firm) you will be quoted a fee for the written report that you select. This fee includes:
Research and analysis
Report preparation
A 60 minute meeting with you to review the report and its recommendations
Once this report has been presented, you are free to implement this report with any institution or individual; there is no obligation to implement the recommendations through Rogers Group Financial.
Implementation and Monitoring
For those who choose to implement the report's recommendations through Rogers Group Financial, I offer three different methods from which you can choose:
1. An hourly rate (or project fee) to design a financial plan that you are free to implement with whomever you choose;
2. A fee-only arrangement based on a percentage of your investment assets under management. Any commissions generated would be deducted against this fee;
3. Asset-based commissions (based on a percentage of assets under management but paid by the company where the investments are placed). I endeavor to avoid acquisition or termination charges (for example, all mutual funds or pooled funds are purchased on a no-load basis).
Currently, however, there are some products that I recommend that only have a transaction-based commission option (e.g. life annuities, life insurance, etc.).
Only under option (2) and option (3) am I able to monitor your account (i.e. during the implementation stage).
Because the costs associated with different financial planning and investment strategies will vary, I will discuss with you the fees associated with your particular situation before you commit to using my professional services.
