Barbara has been with Rogers Group Financial since 1988, and she is the Chief Operating Officer and the Chief Financial Officer.

Barbara ensures the smooth operation of our firm. She is responsible for all aspects of corporate management, including personnel, technology and planning. She has held various director and committee membership positions with industry and professional associations including the CICA (Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants), IIROC (Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada) and IFIC (Investment Funds Institute of Canada).
