How We Are Paid

Advisors at Rogers Group Financial may be compensated for their work in a variety of ways.

Commissions

In many cases, a client who chooses Rogers Group Financial to both design and implement a personal financial plan will receive our planning services at no charge. We will be paid by the financial institutions whose products are used to implement your plan (such as insurance companies, credit unions and mutual fund companies). Account and/or transaction fees may apply to those clients who hold individual securities (stocks and bonds) in their portfolios, or who have registered nominee-name accounts.

Management Fee

Recently, our firm introduced a "WRAP" account for qualified clients. The term "WRAP" is used to indicate that all commissions and fees are "wrapped" into one bundle, and the client is charged a quarterly amount based on a percentage of the value of the assets held in their portfolio.

Fee-For-Service

"Fee-for-service" planning is also offered by most of our financial advisors. This may be appropriate for those clients who wish to have a Rogers Group Financial advisor create a financial plan for them, or conduct other specialized analysis. In some situations, advisors are compensated via a combination of a fee-for-service work, management fees and commissions paid by financial institutions.

For more information about any of the methods in which we are compensated, please contact your financial advisor, or direct your inquiry to our general mailbox.
